Sophie Reason Davis
After 20 years in the corporate world while juggling a young family and life’s demands, I found myself mentally and physically exhausted and overwhelmed. In my search for relief, I came across Vedic Meditation and for the first time, experienced a deep calm and peace. So I committed to this twice daily appointment with myself to meditate and gradually began to peel away the layers of stress and steadily transform my health, happiness and sense of Self. This simple practice had positively shifted the way I think, feel and act in my life - far beyond what I could have imagined.
This experience ignited a desire to pursue more study and deeper dives into the Vedic knowledge and practices, culminating in a two year intensive program of training to become a Vedic meditation teacher. Today I share this transformative practice with others, helping them move beyond anxiety and overwhelm and discover their own natural state - one of clarity, creativity and happiness. If you are ready, I would love to share it with you

Sophie Reason Davis teaches Vedic Meditation, having trained with Steve Griffiths, who continues to teach this practice independently. Steve was originally trained in Transcendental Meditation (“TM”) by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and taught it through TM-affiliated organisations before continuing to teach in the same way he learned, independently.
Sophie is an independent meditation teacher and is not connected with the Maharishi Foundation, or with any trademarks, programs, or organisations associated with it.
The method taught through TM organisations has been studied extensively, showing a wide range of benefits from regular practice. While these studies refer to the practice as “Transcendental Meditation” or “TM,” the findings also reflect the benefits that regular practice of Vedic Meditation can bring.
Vedic Meditation is not a replacement for professional medical care. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
