Vedic Meditation  


Vedic Meditation is a simple, natural transcending technique, practiced by millions of people around the world, that is easy to learn with the correct instruction. It is an effortless practice that requires no concentration, focus or control of the mind. This natural technique along with a personalised mantra is used to settle the mind and body into a state of profound deep rest and healing, allowing the release of stress and improving overall health and well being. 

Vedic Meditation originates from a 5000 year old body of wisdom from India know as the “Veda”. The Sanskrit word for ‘Knowledge’. It is not a religion, belief system or philosophy. It’s a simple mental technique that reconnects us with our natural state of clarity, creativity and happiness.

The effectiveness of the technique had been time tested for thousands of years and is now supported by hundreds of independent scientific studies*. A regular practice can deliver profound physical, mental and emotional benefits including, reduced anxiety, better sleep, improved heart health and immunity, more energy and clarity. Many students report a relief from depression and addictions and a freedom from limiting beliefs. 

The program is a comprehensive in person ‘learn to meditate’ course that consists of four 90 minute sessions. There are no guided meditations or apps, instead it provides you the tools to become a self sufficient confident daily meditator with a life long skill.
