Vedic Meditation is easy and effortless to learn with the correct instruction. The course is a comprehensive in person ‘learn to meditate' experience. There are no guided meditations or meditation apps: instead the course provides you with the tools to become a self sufficient, confident daily meditator with a life long skill.
The program includes four 90 minute sessions, delivered over consecutive days to ensure the twice daily routine is effortlessly integrated.
All students who complete the course have lifetime access to ongoing support and can re-sit the course for free at any time.

The 4 session course outline as follows:
Session 1
In this session you receive your individualised mantra and the private instruction on the technique.
Even in the beginning most people experience a deep settling and quietening of the mind,
allowing you to discover how your mind can be trained to minimise the affects of stress on your body and life.
Session 2
In this second session, your practice of the technique will be verified and validated.
This session covers the practical aspects using meditation in your daily routine, including when, where and how to meditate with best results.
Session 3
The third session is designed to further develop your understanding of the technique and will check on the accuracy of your practice. You will learn how the body and mind work together during meditation, and how the state of deep rest that is experienced during meditation increases your personal energy and leads to clearer thinking.
