’Rounding’ is an ancient Vedic practice, which consists of a specific sequence of gentle asana (body positions), pranayama (yogic breathing) and your mantra meditation, which is repeated. This one co-ordinated movement, is the ‘round’, de-exciting the nervous system, giving it profound rest and triggering the release of stress and fatigue in a short amount of time. We access greater depths of awareness and create perfect conditions for healing to happen in a safe and nurturing way.
If your twice daily meditation practice has slipped, don’t be deterred as these sessions act as a gentle reminder and can re-inspire to get it going again. There is no minimum amount of time you need to have been meditating in order to attend and yes it is easy, effortless and enjoyable!
The 2.5 hour session price is $65.
In addition to the monthly sessions, I also offer Private Rounding Instruction Sessions and Private Group Sessions, tailored to your needs.
